In keeping with many nursery and school policies we ask parents to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection and to inform Amigo kids as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.
Please keep your child at home if he/she:
Has a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours
Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
Has heavy nasal discharge
Has discharging eyes
Has symptoms which could possibly lead to diseases such as:
Hand, foot and mouth disease
Please do not attend session if you, your child or anyone in your household has any symptoms of Covid-19.
We cannot offer a refund for a session missed due to illness. You may offer your place to a friend, who also has a child, to the session.
We aim to provide the highest quality sessions for our Amigos and we are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our sessions.
Every venue is assessed on a regular basis for any possible hazards. All equipment is regularly inspected to make sure it is in full working order, fit for purpose, age appropriate and regularly sanitized.
Participating in any of our sessions is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Amigo Kids.
We aim to offer a fair service to all and appreciate unforeseen circumstances can change plans. Regrettably we cannot automatically offer cash refunds.
In regards to holiday and sickness we cannot offer discounts or refunds due to the need to ensure service continuity. You can offer your place to a friend if you are unable to attend. Please inform us before hand if you wish to do this.
Payment must be paid in full before commencement of sessions to gaurantee your place.
For any reason that Amigo Kids needs to cancel, an additional class will be offered or a refund against a future session booking.
A course or event may be cancelled provided you inform Amigo Kids in writing within 7 days of the course commencing. Please note there may be an administration charge of up to one session for any changes made.
Should a parent or guardian behave in a way that Amigo Kids feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the right to withdraw the provision of sessions to the client.
All decisions are at the discretion of Amigo Kids but we are committed to making sure everyone recieves the best service possible. Thank you for your co-operation.
If at any time you wish your personal data to be deleted and you do not wish to receive any information from Amigo Kids then please inform Amigo Kids and we will ensure all your data will be deleted,
